Our promise of quality 

Every art piece in our collection has been hand painted and varnished to ensure the colours and details meet or exceed our creative intent and your expectations. Every painting is also personally inspected prior to shipping to ensure it leaves the studio in pristine condition. We will not ship anything we would not be proud to hang on our own walls. That's Ozlum's guarantee.

Packaging care and materials

Every Art piece leaves the studio in sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives in the condition it left. Unfortunately, accidents can happen in transit and no packaging is invincible. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it. We only ask that you provide photos of the packaging and print or frame damage so we can assess what happened during shipping.

Canvas, surface and paint qualities

All artworks are made with quality paint, and hand painted which is not reproduced in print form. Some artworks will be reproduced only in original hand painted artworks when painted as a commision and will not be exact everytime. Canvases are carefully selected. The paints promise colour brilliance. Our canvas is durable with a varnish finish that promises the best performance.

Custom orders are available on different size canvas by special order only.

Specifications

Paintings are not resistant to water spills. Dab spills with a clean, soft, absorbent cloth immediately. Non-clear liquids will immediately and permanently stain the surface. All artworks if need be should be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth only.

Actual appearance versus Website appearance

When you view the artworks online, they can look different on each computer, tablet or phone you view them from. Technology differences are beyond our control, meaning we cannot absolutely guarantee what you view online and what you receive will appear exactly as you expected.
